I received my book well packaged, really fast and perfect. The book is so beautiful! This is a well done quilt book full of patterns, great instructions and commentary. I’m going to use these patterns often.
I now have both of Melanie's books. Each is a treasure trove of ideas and springboard concepts helping me use up my extensive scrap stash. You have the choice of following the directions exactly or using the concepts to suit the scraps you have. There are also tons of valuable tips especially if you are wanting to learn quilting...you will save yourself a lot of frustration if you follow along with Melanie.

This book is put together with such love for the art of quilting. The colors, photographs and stories are so beautiful. The stories made me cry s little. Melanie clearly loves quilting and sharing that love with others.

I wrote this book for the beginner quilter who has just fallen down a rabbit's hole. I wrote it for the seasoned quilter who needs a little fresh inspiration or a look into other ways of making.
