Pre-order Policy

Meander + Make occasionally offers pre-order fabric collections, which can be found in our pre-order section under the fabric tab. It's crucial to note that pre-ordering a fabric means it's highly anticipated. These fabrics are clearly marked on the listing pages, so we encourage you to read the pre-order policy to understand the process and manage your expectations.


When you pre-order a fabric, you're essentially securing it before its official release date. While fabrics do have a scheduled release date, they can sometimes arrive earlier or later. By making a pre-order, you're acknowledging that we, at Meander + Make, can't provide an exact arrival date. However, as soon as the fabric arrives, we'll promptly cut and ship your bundle, ensuring you're one of the first to receive it.


Pre-ordered fabrics cannot be canceled or changed for any reason.  However, we can combine them with other orders to help you save on shipping fees. Contact us if you are interested. 


Please do not purchase other fabrics with your pre-ordered fabric.  All items purchased with a pre-ordered fabric will not ship until the pre-ordered fabric ships.


Return Policy

If there's an issue with your order, we sincerely apologize. Please reach out to us immediately so we can rectify it. At Meander + Make, we stand by our products, and all sales are considered final. We don't accept returns or exchanges. Please understand that we can't guarantee the exact color of the fabric, as different monitors and devices may interpret color slightly differently.  



At Meander + Make, we strive for a fast turnaround time. Most orders are cut and shipped within a small window. If you wish to cancel your order (excluding pre-ordered items), you can do so before we cut your fabric from the bolt. However, please note that this is typically only possible within a few hours of your order and if we haven't cut your fabric yet. Understanding this process will help you manage your orders effectively.


Digital Items

Please be aware that digital items, such as PDF downloads, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to prevent misunderstandings and ensure you are fully aware of the nature of these items.


Lost Mail

While lost mail is a rare occurrence, it can happen.  If you believe your package is lost, please email us after 30 days in the US or 60 days for international orders.  Rest assured, we have tracking on every package we ship.  If the tracking shows your package as delivered, it means it's not lost.  Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for stolen mail, so please provide a shipping address where you feel comfortable receiving your order.


Coupons & Sales

Coupons and sales must be used at time of purchase. They cannot be added to an order that has been completedunder any circumstances.
