Store Policies

Pre-order Policy

Meander + Make does occasionally sale pre-order fabric collections.  These can be found in our pre-order section under the fabric tab.  Usually this means that a fabric will be highly anticipated.  Fabrics that are available for pre-order are clearly marked on listing pages.

Pre-ordering a fabric means that are you are paying for a fabric prior to it's release date up front and reserving that bundle.  Fabrics have a scheduled release date, but are very often late or early.  By purchasing you are acknowledging that Meander + Make does not know exactly when this fabric will arrive, but as soon as it does, we will get your bundle cut and shipped out to you.

Pre-ordered fabrics cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason.  They cannot be combined with past or future orders.  Please do not purchase other fabrics with your pre-ordered fabric.  All items purchased with a pre-ordered fabric will not ship until pre-ordered fabric ships.

 

Return Policy

If there is a mistake with your order I am terribly sorry.  Please contact us right away so that we can make your order right.  All sales are final at Meander + Make.  We do not accept returns or exchanges.  We cannot guarantee the actual color of the fabric as all monitors and devices may read color a bit differently.  

 

Cancellations

At Meander + Make we have a very fast turnaround time.  Most orders are cut and shipped within a very small window.  If you would like to cancel your order (only items that are not pre-order) before we cut your fabric from the bolt that will be fine, but please note that this will more than likely only be allowed within a few hours or your order and only if we have not cut your fabric yet.

 

 

Digital Items

 

Digital items such as PDF downloads can not be refunded for any reason.

 

 

Lost Mail

Lost mail is a very rare occurrence, but it does happen.  Please email us if you believe your package is lost after 30 days in the US, 60 days for any order outside the US.  We have tracking on every package that we ship.  If tracking shows your package as delivered, then your mail is not lost.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen mail, so please provide a shipping address that you are comfortable with.

 

Coupons & Sales

Coupons and sales must be used at time of purchase. They cannot be added to an order that has been completed under any circumstances.
